Nekeisia Booyer is a seasoned change agent with over 25 years of experience advocating for socio-economic equity and inclusion for marginalized groups. As the founder and CEO of N.S. Booyer Consulting, she drives organizational growth and transformation in the Human/Social Services, Nonprofit, and Government sectors.

With a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Administration, Nekeisia combines her education with over a decade of senior leadership experience. Her community commitment is demonstrated through her role as a Board Director and Consultant, where she leverages her knowledge and experience to champion respect, support, and equity in white-dominant work cultures, working to dismantle systemic barriers and racism.

Throughout her leadership journey, Nekeisia has fought battles to ensure proper recognition and support for the communities and teams she serves. Her dedication to fostering collaboration, excellence in service delivery, and advancing equity underscores her commitment to making a positive impact in both organizations and communities.

In early 2024, Nekeisia embarked on a transformative journey, stepping away from her executive role for her self-proclaimed "Faith Walk 2.0: Workforce Sabbatical" focused on healing and renewal. During this period, she discovered her calling to empower and inspire others in their careers and support organizations to be more intentional and impactful. This passion led her to establish N.S. Booyer Consulting, LLC, offering professional career and leadership development services along with organizational advisory support.
